Mike is a licensed Broker and REALTOR®. His experience includes over 16 years of residential brokerage, vast investment experience, and trains agents. He formed his own real estate brokerage firm with 10 agents in 1997, brought his team to Prudential California Realty in 2005 where he was in the top 3% in an office of over 150, then moved his team to Keller Williams Realty in 2009, an office of 210 agents, and is consistently ranked in the #1, #2, or #3 slot, and ranked regionally in the Top 1% in 2010. From representing buyers or sellers, redevelopment projects and consulting, Mike prides himself on a well-rounded background. He has co-managed departments at large commercial real estate companies Charles Dunn Company and CB Commercial, as well as a Federal Credit Union. Educated at Gonzaga University with a BBA Finance, Mike continues to stay ahead of most brokers and investors with constant continuing education. As an Eagle Scout, Mike spends some of his spare time as an Assistant Scoutmaster with Troop 509 at NASA's JPL, traveling to Gonzaga basketball road games, and working with Arts and Crafts enthusiasts. Mike graduated from local St. Francis High School, is an active investment owner, and resides in a 1914 Cyril Bennett designed Craftsman Bungalow he restored in the Bungalow Heaven Landmark District which has been on numerous prominent home tours. Besides being married to one of the best Realtors in Los Angeles, Anne also spends her time working with Mike in marketing, accounting and paperwork coordination, as well as raising their sons Bradley (born March 21, 2006) and Jett (born November 13, 2007). |

Daniel Estrada

Daniel, a third generation of Pasadena, is actively involved in the community having sat on the city's Planning Commission for five years and currently a member of the city's Community Development Committee which focuses on affordable housing. He lives in a 1924 Spanish Revival Bungalow in Pasadena that he has meticulously restored, is also a volunteer Docent with the Gamble House, Pasadena Heritage, and has deep interest in local history as well as architectural specializing in the Arts & Crafts movement and
Revival Periods. Daniel brings a wealth of knowledge to the team. | |

Apolla Farthing
Transaction Coordinator
Apolla is the Transaction Coordinator for the team. She coordinates the heaps of paperwork, and you will be receiving organized paperwork from her, with instructions, while we are in escrow. She reviews all contracts and additional documentation for completeness and accuracy, as well as ensures that all DRE and office requirements are complete prior to the close of escrow. At the end of our transaction we will scan all documents for storage, and give you a copy. Apolla has over 10 years of experience in real estate. | |

DJ Berg
Team Leader
DJ is the team leader for the office. He’s a very dedicated partner where his specific job is to help agents meet their goals. He is incredibly connected locally, regionally, and nationally, proficient in all marketing systems and strategies, and is specifically trained to help with any complex negotiations, and strategies. He doesn’t sell real estate (unlike the managers of other companies). He helps everyone in the office sell real estate with the energy and the continually updated skill set that easily outshines his counterparts. We are never without a solution to a challenge when DJ is here. | |
